Returns and Refunds

Seeing as this store is currently print to order, refunds and other scenarios will be handled on a case by case basis.

If an order arrives physically damaged, in poor quality, or you’ve received the wrong item…

  • Please submit a contact form with a picture of the physically damaged or misprinted/misshipped item, your order number, customer name, and the email you entered upon purchase within 30 days of receiving your order and a replacement of the correct item will be shipped to you as soon as is feasible!

If you’d like to make a return or request a refund for any other reason…

  • This will be handled on a case by case basis, but as everything is print to order as of right now, it is not guaranteed a refund will be issued without a valid reason provided. You may wish to double check your order and make sure you’re purchasing what you intended to purchase before completing your order, just in case!

  • In most cases, returns will not be available as an option, but exceptions may be made. You can submit a contact form to check on this if you really insist on a return for any reason.
