Returns and Refunds
Seeing as this store is currently print to order, refunds and other scenarios will be handled on a case by case basis.
If an order arrives physically damaged, in poor quality, or you’ve received the wrong item…
Please submit a contact form with a picture of the physically damaged or misprinted/misshipped item, your order number, customer name, and the email you entered upon purchase within 30 days of receiving your order and a replacement of the correct item will be shipped to you as soon as is feasible!
If you’d like to make a return or request a refund for any other reason…
This will be handled on a case by case basis, but as everything is print to order as of right now, it is not guaranteed a refund will be issued without a valid reason provided. You may wish to double check your order and make sure you’re purchasing what you intended to purchase before completing your order, just in case!
In most cases, returns will not be available as an option, but exceptions may be made. You can submit a contact form to check on this if you really insist on a return for any reason.
